VENDOR BOOTH *This is a request to reserve an outdoor space for vending at the Rockabillaque Festival. If you are accepted as a vendor you will be sent a payment link and further details. For the Florida Show this is inclusive of both days of the festival (total amount due is listed below).
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS *By checking the following boxes, you are acknowledging that your business is operating with the appropriate insurance coverage, business and sales tax licenses. Documentation must be provided as proof for our administrative records.
Completing this application does not guarantee entry. We have limited spaces and we curate the experience by selecting vendors who will best suit the theme of the event. If you are approved as a vendor we will send payment details and further instructions. Upon acceptance into the festival, the full value of your vending fee is due by Check or Paypal. A response is required from the vendor within 72 hours, or the invitation will be rescinded and released to the next available vendor. Your participation will be fully confirmed once we have your completed application and payment on file. Cancellation Terms: All vendor fees are non-refundable
